1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty products unless they are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Original Condition: All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, packing slip) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable once opened or used:

Skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers, masks)

Makeup products (foundations, mascaras, lipsticks, palettes)

Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, styling products)

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@theskincrafter.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required.

Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all original accessories. Clearly write your RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@theskincrafter.com within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a business day or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@theskincrafter.com within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but are stolen from your delivery location.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you accept a damaged package, please take photos of the damage before opening it and contact us immediately at info@theskincrafter.com within 24-48 hours of receipt.

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only.

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow extra time for delivery to these locations.
